§ 01General terms
JH Corner reserves the right to update these rules when necessary. Updated versions will be published on jhcorner.com with immediate effect. If you refuse to accept the policy, you are deemed to have waived the use of the services provided by JH Corner. All buyers are deemed to accept the rules if they are using the services provided by JH Corner. JH Corner's policy shall prevail.
For after-sales issues, buyers should file a return and refund request within 15 days of the delivery date. If the request is filed after this period, JH Corner reserves the right not to provide any after-sales service.
Before an order is shipped out, the buyer has the right to apply to cancel the order by contacting us.
If JH Corner cannot fulfill the buyer's order within the order processing time — including but not limited to no stock or other conditions — JH Corner has the right to cancel and refund the order.
JH Corner shall not accept after-sale requests for "non-defective remorse returns," and reserves the right to accept or reject the request. If we accept a non-defective remorse return and require a "restocking and repacking fee," that fee shall not exceed 35% of the order total.
JH Corner must process refunds within 3 business days, or begin redelivery within 5 business days, of any agreed-upon resolution.
Once the buyer submits an after-sales request, the buyer needs to provide evidence (as outlined below). If compelling evidence is not provided within the after-sales period, JH Corner has the right to reject the return and refund request. Whether evidence is compelling will ultimately be determined by JH Corner.
§ 02Refund request timing
The buyer has the right to apply for a full refund for any order that was not shipped out within the stated processing time (subject to the estimated processing time displayed on the order page).

§ 03Goods returned in transit
If the package is sent back to JH Corner during transit for any reason, and the buyer applies for a refund, JH Corner will refund within 3 business days of the request. If the buyer requests redelivery instead, we will begin redelivery within 5 business days of the request.
§ 04Goods destroyed in transit
If the package or goods are destroyed in transit, and the buyer has proof from the logistics website (such as a screenshot showing the order was destroyed), JH Corner will refund within 3 business days of the refund request, or redeliver within 5 business days. The following must be provided:
- Photos or videos of the damaged item that prove damage. If a photo cannot prove damage, please upload a video.
- Screenshot of the email or dispute received, including name, date, and content (a customer complaint via PayPal Dispute, other gateway, or email).
- The products may need to be returned to JH Corner if our Dispute Team requests a return.
Orders delayed
Orders lacking tracking information, in transit, or pending — and which have expired 60 days after departing the JH Corner warehouse — qualify for a refund. The following exceptions apply:
- USA: 45 days after departure from the JH Corner warehouse.
- Brazil: 110 days due to strict customs clearance.
- JH Corner Packet Liquid Line (all countries): 100 days from warehouse departure.
- Some special shipping methods are excluded — see Logistics Issues below.
Orders not received
JH Corner will not process a refund or resend if tracking information shows the order is delivered.
- If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is required.
- If tracking shows an alert (incorrect or insufficient address, no such number, unknown recipient, refused, not picked up in time, no safe delivery location, uncleared customs, etc.), the buyer is responsible for resolution with the carrier.
Products damaged
JH Corner offers a full refund or replacement if packages arrive badly damaged. Partial refunds or replacements are offered for partially damaged packages — except for minor issues like loose threads, slight wrinkles, or small scratches.
- For fragile products, a refund (rather than replacement) is highly recommended.
- For damaged packing boxes only, JH Corner cannot offer refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distance international delivery.
Incorrect or missing products
JH Corner has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. We handle issues as follows:
- Incorrect products: full refund or replacement.
- Wrong color or size that doesn't affect product function: refund or resend, with screenshot of the complaint including name, content, and date.
- Parts missing that don't affect function: partial refund or resend of the missing part. Parts missing that do affect function: resend the product only.
- Accessories: we will resend the accessories.
§ 05Wrong receipt information
If the buyer enters wrong receipt information on an order, the buyer should contact us to request an update with the correct information. Receipt information correction or order cancellation is not guaranteed.
If the order has already shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the logistics company with the correct information.
If the goods have been delivered to the wrong address, the buyer can attempt to send the products back at their own expense. If the goods are returned in good condition, JH Corner will refund the order within 3 business days of receiving the goods, or begin redelivery within 5 business days. The buyer will additionally be responsible for the redelivery fee.
If the order cannot be corrected or returned, the buyer will bear the losses.
§ 06Defective products
If the buyer detects any problem upon receipt — damaged package, significantly not as described, missing or wrong goods, or other quality problems — the buyer should provide a refund or redelivery request with valid proof (photos or videos that show the problem clearly). JH Corner will check the proof and respond within 3 business days.
If the proof does not show the problem clearly, the proof is invalid and JH Corner has the right to reject the refund request.
If the proof is valid and the goods need to be returned, JH Corner will provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days of proof approval. We will refund the order when the return shows as in transit on the logistics website. If the goods do not need to be returned, JH Corner will refund within 3 business days of the refund request.
If the buyer requests redelivery instead of a refund, JH Corner will redeliver within 5 business days of proof approval. If redelivery products are out of stock, JH Corner has the right to refund the order, or the buyer may reorder when products are restocked.
§ 07Logistics issues
Invalid tracking information
If JH Corner verifies the tracking number is wrong and fails to provide a correct one within 4 business days, the order will be refunded.
Untimely tracking updates
If there is no tracking update for more than 7 business days after the label is created, and the buyer applies for a refund, JH Corner will refund within 3 business days of the request.
This clause is not applicable during special periods such as holidays, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
Excessive shipping period
If transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more and JH Corner fails to provide valid tracking updates, the buyer may apply for a refund. JH Corner will refund within 3 business days of the request.
Shipping method limits
Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrive at certain countries, states, or cities. JH Corner lists those shipping methods in advance and will not accept disputes when those methods are chosen, including: PostNL, Electric PostNL, Packet EUB, Packet Postal Route, Packet Postal, Packet Railway Economy. Some remote addresses may also be charged additional cost.
Force majeure
JH Corner takes no responsibility for any product damage or shipping delay caused by acts of God — including but not limited to epidemic, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, or customs inspection. We will notify you at JHcornerco@gmail.com.
Destination limits
Due to limited international transportation, JH Corner cannot accept disputes for orders shipped to certain countries. The full list is available on request — please contact us before ordering if you're shipping outside the United States.
§ 08Other
During holidays, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations, please contact us at JHcornerco@gmail.com. JH Corner will try its best to assist buyers in these special circumstances in a timely manner. After notifying us, buyers should expect a decision no later than two weeks.
Returns
Products are returned to a JH Corner partner warehouse. We do not generally recommend returns due to international shipping cost and the long transit time, during which products may be lost or damaged.
- If you indeed want to return products, please email JH Corner; someone will respond within 1 to 5 business days.
- Please return products within 10 days after receiving them and after speaking with someone at JH Corner.
Order cancellation
For order cancellations, JH Corner offers a full refund before products are processed by the warehouse.
- After payment, print-on-demand orders cannot be canceled, as they are customized.
- After payment, pre-order inventory orders cannot be canceled, as they are special products held only for you.
- After payment, video and photo orders cannot be canceled, as JH Corner has planned and prepared for you after payment.
Deadline of opening dispute
You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.
Unacceptable disputes
JH Corner will not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
- The buyer does not like the item.
- The product description is alleged to be untrue.
- Products smell unusual.
- The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
- The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
- Product differences negotiated in advance.
- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
- Packages returned, discarded, or detained due to the consignee's failure to comply with customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
